I live in Virginia and my son works in New York city. As a convenience, we keep a pristine, 2001 Toyota Avalon in Mt. Pleasant for any visiting family member to use. My son replaced the battery 2 times within 4-months. Once again the car failed to start. A repair shop referred me to CAP Towing, owner, Jason. Although apprehensive, I called. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. Jason paid strict attention to all details and said he would arrive in 40 minutes. Right on time, Jason drove a meticulous tow truck in superb condition into the parking lot. He is a great communicator, very professional, conscientious, and provides superb customer service. The repair shop could not
fix our vehicle. So I called Jason again. He immediately scheduled the pick and delivery of the car to another repair destination. He offered a recommendation for a repair shop to solve the problem plus other tips on care and maintenance.

Jason saved my life in more way than one today. Initially thought the problem was a dead battery. He removed the battery, drove me to autozone and even offered his military discount, (battery was under warranty so it ended up being free.) When the battery wasn’t the problem he helped me narrow down the possibilities of what else it could be, helped me in every way possible, and stayed with the vehicle while I ran to the gas station to hopefully find the solution. I feel like I should have paid more for the amount of effort and time that he put into making sure I was good to go on my way.
